Weekend Highlights

       This weekend has been fun! I'm trying this new thing...finding daily highlights! That just means, finding a moment in each day that I want to remember. I mean, sure we have bad days...but there has to be a split second of highlight to each day!

       Yesterday, Saturday, me and my lil friend, Jillian, played Xbox 360 Kinect for about 8 hours. Boy was I sweating! You have to jump, squat, punch and kick...what a great, fun work out. 8 hours is extreme, yes...but it was so fun, I didn't even realize it had been that long!

       I still find it super odd that you can wave and jump and do different moves, and the sensor on this game picks up your activity and mimics all you do! So neat! Technology sure has advanced!

                      Then later that night we went to the mall. 

Personally I hate the mall, so I tried really hard to make it a highlight! Especially after I saw all these RED-HEADED manikins in the window! (I have red hair, so it was nice to see some relatives :) )

Then today we went to the movies and saw The Lorax.

It was a great movie! I really enjoyed it! And I really suggest everyone see it, and take their children! It has great values and lessons! So good!

Then after that we went to the store. Anything can be a highlight! :)

Whoa Boring Excitement!

How did I spend my morning?

Well, that's an awesome question. Here, let me answer that for you...

First, Nash wanted to wake me up early.

Then I got out of bed to take him outside. Normal routine.

Then I went back to lay down to catch a little bit more of my beauty rest.

But...

The people upstairs came alive, and my sleep died. And Nash finished his duty.

And then FINALLY!

But wait for it....wait for it...

I reply, and slunk out of bed miserably as if dreading a hard day ahead of me.

So, I got ready (which means I brushed my teeth and my hair.) And upon arriving at this place to babysit...I thought I had just stepped inside an episode of:

So, I try not to touch much and not to breathe...(I guess I have a touch of O.C.D)

The kids and I played and had fun. I guess that was worth it all.





















Then when I got home, this is me:

Because this is the most excitement my life has seen in a LONG time.

Water skiing!

Have you ever been water skiing or wake boarding? OMgosh it's the most fun thing I've ever done! I seriously suggest you try it!

We met up with a ministry called In His Wakes at Kenny Chesney's summer home in Nashville, TN. It was absolutely beautiful.

We went water skiing, wake boarding and tubing. And also heard wonderful testimonies!
